## 01 — One digital home

Welcome to CC10. It brings files, messages, social media, research, creation and system control into one understandable digital home. You do not need to learn the infrastructure underneath. Open the launcher in a browser, sign in once, and choose the app that matches the task. Your phone and computer remain thin clients, so the same experience follows you without turning either device into the centre of the system.

## 02 — One identity, explicit access

The first screen is CC10 identity, powered by Authentik. After sign-in, the launcher shows only applications assigned to your role. A family member, creator, client and operator can use the same platform without sharing the same permissions. Sensitive areas use stronger authentication. Registration stays closed by default, and a new person is invited through a reviewed onboarding workflow instead of creating an uncontrolled account.

## 03 — Familiar jobs, clear places

The Everyday group keeps common jobs simple. Drive is the home for files, photos, calendars, contacts and collaborative documents. Chat handles private conversation. Music streams the library you control, and Passwords keeps credentials in a dedicated vault. Each capability has one obvious front door, so users do not need to remember which server, container or protocol provides it.

## 04 — Social without one corporate gatekeeper

Create and Share contains two distinct social experiences. Pixelfed is the photo and visual-story home. CC10 Social is the short-message timeline for conversation, replies and discovery. Both can participate in the Fediverse, where independent services communicate through open protocols. Before posting, choose the audience deliberately. Private source files stay in Drive; only the selected public copy becomes a social post.

## 05 — From source to story

CC10 Notebook collects sources and develops a grounded script. Video Studio turns that script into a podcast, tutorial, presentation, reel or longer film. The text adapter can use an authenticated Codex session without exposing a public subscription proxy, while speech and rendering run locally on the platform. Outputs enter a private review step. Nothing is published merely because an AI produced it.

## 06 — Understand before you change

The Operator group is intentionally separate from daily apps. CC10 may inspect health, projects and knowledge, but system changes use typed, allowlisted actions. A risky action explains what it will change and waits for confirmation. After execution, health checks verify the result and the audit log records it. Backups, exports and recovery instructions protect continuity; a green status alone is never treated as proof of recoverability.

## 07 — Add a person or device predictably

To add another person, choose the role first, create the identity, assign only the required applications and complete one real workflow together. To add a device, open the same browser launcher, sign in, install the optional web app and verify upload, messaging and sign-out. Then record how that person recovers access. CC10 is successful when a new user understands the system without needing to understand the homelab.
