Imagine one calm digital home for files, messages, social media, research, creation and system control. It works from the browser on the devices you already own. Your identity, data and operating knowledge remain under accountable control. Services can change without forcing users to relearn the entire world. This is CC10: a working reference for a more independent European digital ecosystem.

## 02 — Not a concept slide

CC10 already runs as a live prototype. Authentik provides one role-based launcher. Nextcloud, messaging, federated social and creator tools cover daily workflows. Video Studio creates narrated media on the platform. The operator can inspect health, projects and knowledge through typed actions instead of offering unrestricted remote root. Real demonstrations show the applications in use, not just a list of logos.

## 03 — One front door for every role

A daily user sees Drive, Chat, Music and Passwords. A creator also sees Social, Pixelfed, Notebook and Video Studio. An operator sees system controls, OpenHands and Git. The same browser-first experience works on a phone, computer or tablet. This is the difference between assembling software and designing a product: users receive a clear mental model while technical components stay replaceable.

## 04 — Turn knowledge into communication

CC10 Notebook develops a checked source into a script. Video Studio turns the script into tutorials, podcasts, reels, longer films and campaign material. The current text adapter can use a trusted local Codex session; speech and rendering run on the platform with a smoother local voice. Every output enters private review before publication. The workflow creates speed without pretending that generated content is automatically correct.

## 05 — Build it yourself — or build it with us

The distribution vision is simple: clone a sanitized reference, describe your environment, let an AI prepare a plan, review every change and prove the result with acceptance tests. That community path is still moving through release gates. Organizations that do not want to assemble and validate it alone can engage Cong for architecture, migration, security hardening, governance, user experience and managed evolution.

## 06 — No sovereignty theatre

CC10 makes precise claims. The reference is live. The public edge infrastructure is reproducible. Identity and real application workflows are working. The clean public distribution, final licence and an independent clean-room installation are still open. Security controls are meaningful, but no formal certification is claimed. Recovery evidence matters more than a green dashboard, and residual risks remain visible instead of disappearing into marketing copy.
